INSIGHT ON disABILITY was an award winning radio talk show that aired on WCBM AM 680 in Baltimore, MD from May 2011 to December 2019. The show was dedicated to bringing awareness about disabilities and how they affect everyone to the public. Each week, the show provided information to indivuduals and their families who may need assistance and not be aware of the resources that are available within their communities. The show also highlighted notable people with disabilities who contribute to the betterment of society.

The show was created, produced, and hosted by Michael Gerlach, a visually impaired disability advocate and radio personality. Throughout the run of the show, Harry Cook, Brent Tarring, Lou Botteon, Joe Buccheri and Noah White assumed co-hosting roles at one time or another.

Since the show has ended, this website is now dedicated to keeping some of the show content available to anyone who may wish to listen to archived programs or browse through its resources.

During the run of the show, IOD was recognized by many disability groups throughout the Maryland area for its groundbreaking programming.
