    01/20/2019 - Disability Rights maryland released a new report entitled SEGREGATION AND SUICIDE: CONFINEMENT AT THE MARYLAND CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION FOR WOMEN in December. It tells the sad details of how women with mental illness are being segragated and in some cases committing suicide while prison officials do nothing to stop this from happening.
